Israeli throwing shoe on US President George Bush!

I've watch the world news on the TV and I got shocked to one of the news about the throwing of shoe. Why is it that man has the strong decision to throw his shoe to one man who brought a big name in the world which a world leader? He is only the President of the United state of American, George Bush. The Israeli is only expressing his feeling towards President Bush? Did he knows who the person he is going to throw his shoe and making a big shame to his countrymen and the world? I don't know if that person is an ordinary man but who is one of the audiences while President Bush speaking out his speech inside the conference room. The man throwing his shoe have no respect to President Bush and I think he will be punish and take him in jail.
